There is a surgical treatment for Type II diabetes and Assoc.Prof.Alper Celik from Istanbul, Turkey, successfully performed that operation on 45 patients (after his works in Brasil, India and Japan). 3 of them mayors of some counties here and they became a very good advertisement for him.
